💵 Payment Policy – Shore Up Academics, LLC 💵 

Thank you for choosing Shore Up Academics, LLC! 

Please review the following payment terms and policies, designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency for all families.

💸 Accepted Payment Methods 💸 

• Preferred: Zelle (no processing fee)

• Other methods: Venmo, PayPal, or credit/debit card accepted with a 4% processing fee

💳 Security Note 💳 

All payments are securely processed through third-party platforms. No credit or debit card information is stored or kept on file.

🏷️ Session Rate 🏷️ 

• Standard hourly rate applies unless otherwise specified.

• Prepaid Session Discounts

  • Prepaid sessions must be used within the prescribed timeframe and cannot be transferred to others. 

✂️ Discounts ✂️

• $10/hour discount for children of first responders and public school educators with certified proof of affiliation.

• If you know of someone in extenuating circumstances who could benefit from our services on a pro bono basis, please contact Coach Aimee to discuss. 

⏰ Payment Timing ⏰ 

• Payment is due in advance of the service via emailed and texted invoice or Zelle.

• Prepaid packages must be paid in full before the first session.

📆 Cancellation Policy 📆 

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• No-shows (missed sessions without notice) will also be charged in full.

• In the event that Shore Up Academics, LLC must cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged, and we will offer a rescheduled time as soon as possible.

• Exceptions for emergencies may be made at our discretion.

• Repeated cancelations may result in being dropped as a client.

Your scheduled session time is reserved just for you. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to rebook, resulting in lost instructional time and income. This policy helps maintain fairness and consistency for all Shore Up families.
